VISION:
A city Schools Division of academic excellence and brilliance in character where the youth have well-balanced personalities, imbued with the best of its cultural heritage and traditions, life-long values, and principles of harmony, solidarity, sense of patriotism, ingrained spirituality and global competitiveness, for science, sports, entrepreneurial and communication skills. 

MISSION:
To develop a new generation, vigorous, inquisitive and talented Filipino youth guided and facilitated by competent teachers and empowered school administrators, adhering to the principles of respect for the dignity of every individual with passionate commitment to their jobs sustained in a child-friendly school atmosphere and environment and supported by cooperative stakeholders thus maximizing efficiency and productive educational technologies.
